Payment

This store uses Stripe for payments.  Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

If you would rather pay by direct credit or cheque, please contact me to arrange this. These type of payments will need to show up in my account before your order is sent out.

Shipping

Normal road postage via Australia Post is added at the checkout.

Purchases will usually be sent within 3 days of payment being made. Allow 10 working days for delivery within Australia, 2 weeks for overseas deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges

Refunds are only offered if the item is defective. Please note colours may not appear exactly as they appear on your monitor and any colour difference is not considered a defect. You are welcome to return an item for a store credit / exchange within 5 days of receipt if it is in original condition. Please note buyer is responsible for return / re-shipping charges in the case of exchange.
